What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room will be available from 3:00 PM. On your departure day, please check out by 11:00 AM.

Which payment methods are accepted at Self-Check-In?

What if I lose my room card?

If you lose your room key, you can easily get a replacement:

  1. Go to the self-check-in terminal.

  2. Select your language.

  3. Tap on “Replacement Card.”

  4. Choose the option “I lost my room key.”

  5. Enter your reservation number.

  6. Your new room key will be issued.

Is check-out required?

No, check-out is not required. You can simply drop the room card in a return box before departure as payment is already made at check-in.

Yes, our team is available to assist you by phone 24/7. You can call the phone number provided on the terminal at any time for support. In some locations, a voice terminal ("24-hour hotline") is also available at the main entrance.
