FAQ on Self-Check-In
Your room will be available from 3:00 PM. On your departure day, please check out by 11:00 AM.
Credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments are accepted.
If you lose your room key, you can easily get a replacement:
Go to the self-check-in terminal.
Select your language.
Tap on “Replacement Card.”
Choose the option “I lost my room key.”
Enter your reservation number.
Your new room key will be issued.
No, check-out is not required. You can simply drop the room card in a return box before departure as payment is already made at check-in.
Yes, our team is available to assist you by phone 24/7. You can call the phone number provided on the terminal at any time for support. In some locations, a voice terminal ("24-hour hotline") is also available at the main entrance.
