Before arrival, we will send you instructions for online check-in by email. On-site, you can open your room door directly with your smartphone — or encode a room card at the check-in kiosk. From arrival to the room takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — by design.
Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on holidays, at Christmas. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; earlier if available. Requirement: Your room is booked and the check-in code is sent.
Check-out until 11:00 a.m. Deposit room card at the kiosk and go — no queue, no form. Late check-out is possible upon request if your room is not immediately reassigned.
Call our guest service — available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend the information to you by email and remotely unlock the system. You will also find an emergency info card with the direct number in the room.
Honest answer: no — consciously not. If you're expecting concierge, room service, or bar/restaurant operations in-house, you are in the wrong place. What you get instead: 24h self-check-in via smartphone or kiosk, telephone guest service 365 days a year, a functional double room in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley / Heidiland region, the Sevelen train station right next to the motel (without walking distance), Vaduz in a few minutes by LIEmobil bus, and parking spaces directly at the motel — at a fair price, because personnel costs are not included in the room rate. With only 8 rooms, Sevelen is the smallest house in the b_smart network — intimate and manageable.
