Before arrival, we will send you the online check-in instructions by email. On site, you open the room door directly with your smartphone — or encode a room card at the check-in kiosk. From arrival to the room takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — deliberately.
Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on holidays, at Christmas. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; earlier if available — just check with guest services beforehand. Requirement: Your room is booked and the check-in code has been sent.
Check-out by 11:00 AM. Deposit room card at the kiosk and go — no line, no form. Late check-out is possible upon request if your room is not immediately reoccupied.
Call our guest service — available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend the information via email and remotely access the system. You will also find an emergency info card in the room with the direct number.
Honest answer: no — not intentionally. If you expect concierge, room service, or bar/restaurant operations in the house, you are wrong with us. What you get instead: 24h self-check-in via smartphone or kiosk, telephone guest service 365 days a year, a functional room in the Liechtenstein region, free parking directly in front of the motel and the A13 motorway exit Schaan in 5–10 minutes by car — at a fair price because personnel costs are not included in the room rate.
