Before arrival, we will send you an email with instructions for online check-in. At the b_smart motel Landquart, you encode your room card yourself at our check-in kiosk — no reception, no waiting. From arrival to the room takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — deliberately.

From when can I check in at the b_smart motel Landquart — and until what time?

Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on public holidays, on Christmas. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed to you on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM; earlier if available. Requirement: Your room is booked and the check-in code is sent.

How is the check-out at b_smart motel Landquart regulated?

Check-out until 11:00 am. Deposit room card at the kiosk and leave — no queue, no form. Late check-out is possible upon request if your room is not immediately reoccupied.

What happens if I no longer have my reservation number or something does not work?

Call our guest service — available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend the information via SMS or email and remotely open the system. In the room itself, you will also find an emergency info card with the direct number.
