Before arrival, we will send you a notification for online check-in via email. On-site, you can open your room door directly with your smartphone — or encode a room card at the check-in kiosk. From arrival to the room takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — deliberately.
Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on holidays, at Christmas. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; earlier if available. Requirement: Your room is booked and the check-in code is sent.
Check-out by 11:00 AM. Leave your room card at the kiosk and go — no line, no form. Late check-out is possible on request if your room is not immediately reoccupied.
Call our guest service — available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend the information via email and remotely open the system. In the room, you will also find an emergency info card with the direct number.
Honest answer: no — not intentionally. If you expect concierge, room service, or bar/restaurant operations in the house, you are in the wrong place with us. What you get instead: 24-hour self-check-in via smartphone or kiosk, telephone guest service 365 days a year, a functional double room in the Thurgau/Bodensee region, parking directly at the motel and the highway connection via the Bodensee-Thurtalstrasse S23 (exit Arbon/Amriswil) — at a fair price, because personnel costs are not included in the room rate. Note: Amriswil train station is 2–3 km away (not within walking distance) — our motel is primarily geared towards car arrivals.
